One Dish Cherry Peach Crisp

Craving something sweet, but have nothing to make? I’ve got you 😉

Go check your freezer. I can guarantee you have frozen fruit. We all do! Now, check your pantry. Quick oats? Perfect!

How about a fruit crisp with ingredients you already have?!

Cherry Peach Crisp

2 Different kinds of frozen fruit
1 C quick oats
2 t cinnamon
2 t vanilla extract
2 to 3 T maple syrup
Walnut oil or melted coconut oil
1/2 t coconut oil, to coat dish

Pre heat your oven to 375′. Use the 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to grease a small baking dish.

Pour the frozen fruit into your greased baking dish. The bags of fruit are usually pretty small so I use the entire bag.

You’re not limited to just two different kinds of fruit, by the way! Be creative or if you’ve got a few half bags already open, finish them up so they don’t get freezer burned.

I happened to have peaches and cherries.

Next, layer the rest of the ingredients over top. Cover the fruit with the oats. Sprinkle on the cinnamon then drizzle the maple syrup, vanilla and oil over the entire dish and place it right in the oven.

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. The fruit will get all gooey and soft and blend with the oats and syrup to make the perfect sweet dessert.

One dish. Quick clean up. Super easy.

And don’t wait until it cools! Just eat it right away! If you have some vegan ice cream or whip cream, go for it! 🍑🍒
