Lavender

One of my resolutions is to meditate more. Work is stressful sometimes and I don’t like feeling angry or upset so I’ve been focusing on centering myself. Yoga helps a lot but just sitting and clearing my mind feels so good. Someone gave me this little satchel of fresh lavender from Paris and I literally keep it in my pocket at work all day! It’s wonderful for helping you sleep, calms nerves and I hear it helps with acne. It’s always been a favorite scent of mine. It tastes great too! 💜😘
