The farmer’s market is open! There’s nothing like fresh fruit for breakfast. Easy berry bowl with bananas, cashews and a couple other odds and ends found in the pantry can make the greatest morning meal. Happy Saturday!

Berry Bowl

3 strawberries

1 medium banana

handful of blueberries

handful of non salted cashews

a couple drizzles of creamed coconut milk, from the can

a couple dashes of cinnamon

a dash of ginger

Of course you can replace or add to your liking. A little agave would be a great addition if you’re looking for a little something sweet too.
